At Quantum Lux Pickleball, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products that elevate your game. While some of our items are large or costly to ship, we strive to make returns and replacements as smooth as possible. Please review the details below before making a purchase.
✅ General Return & Refund Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:
• Item must be unused or lightly tested (no visible wear)
• Must be in original packaging with proof of purchase
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless defective or damaged)
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected
• Used, damaged, or repackaged items are not accepted
• Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable

Eligibility:
- Paddle must be Unused or Lightly Tested only
- No Scratches, Chips or Court Scarring
Customer is responsible for:
- 10$ Restocking Fee
- Return Shipping
✅ Craftsmanship Warranty 365 Days
You are covered if your core experiences problems from normal use for 365 days from the date of purchase
What is Covered:
- Core malfunction or defectiveness
- Separation of Carbon Fiber or edgeguard
What is Not Covered:
- Intentional Damage caused to paddle
- Paddles Snapping
- General wear and tear from regular use
All Claims will be reviewed by our team and the result will be at our discretion
🔁 Replacement Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact us at management@quantumluxintl.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include your order number and photo or video proof of the issue.

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
