Warranty Terms
Quantum Lux Limited Lifetime Warranty
Quantum Lux stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we sell. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser of a Quantum Lux product purchased from Quantum Lux or an authorized retailer.
What is covered
Quantum Lux warrants that all non-consumable products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.
If a covered component fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, Quantum Lux will, at its sole discretion, repair the component, replace it with an equivalent item, or refund the original purchase price.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumable items that are designed to wear out through normal use, including bronze bore brushes, nylon utility brushes, cleaning patches, bore ropes, and cleaning oils
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect
- Damage caused by the use of solvents, chemicals, or cleaners not recommended for firearm maintenance
- Damage caused by modification or alteration of any component
- Normal cosmetic wear, including scratches, discoloration, or finish wear on the carrying case
- Loss or theft of any products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or obtained through a non-retail channel
- Products that have been transferred, resold, or gifted — this warranty applies only to the original purchaser
How to make a warranty claim
To submit a claim under this warranty, contact Quantum Lux customer support at management@quantumluxintl.com with the following information:
- Your full name and shipping address
- Proof of purchase (dated receipt or order confirmation)
- A description of the defect
- Clear photographs showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within five business days. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund. Shipping costs for returning a defective product may be the responsibility of the purchaser depending on the nature of the claim.
Definition of "Lifetime"
For the purposes of this warranty, "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Lux's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. Quantum Lux shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including damage to firearms, property, or personal injury caused by improper use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act of your province or state.
