Quantum Lux Pickleball Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the following business day.

  • If we encounter any issues that may delay your order, we’ll reach out using the contact information provided at checkout.


Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped using standard expedited service.

  • Once an order has been placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days.

  • In certain cases — such as weather events, carrier delays, or logistical disruptions delivery may take 7–10 days.

  • Quantum Lux Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.


Shipping Costs

International Shipping

  • Quantum Lux Pickleball ships internationally.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate the request.

  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.


Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Please include photos or videos of any damage to help us assess the issue.

  • After review, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
